Dolenec: Slovan Stronger Than Last Season, Rejects Favorites Tag

RD Slovan, runners-up in Slovenia last season, have completed another preparation tournament, this time in Doboj. Sporting director Jure Dolenec, a former national team player, spoke to Balkan-Handball.com about the club's pre-season progress.

Dolenec expressed satisfaction with the team's development, stating that Slovan look stronger compared to the previous campaign. He also pushed back against suggestions that his side should be considered favorites, calling such claims unfounded.

The Ljubljana-based club continues its preparations as it aims to build on last season's performance heading into the upcoming competitive schedule.
