Iceland national team head coach Snorri Steinn Guðjónsson has announced a 20-player squad ahead of the opening fixtures of the EHF EURO 2028 qualification campaign.
Among the notable inclusions is Viggó Kristjánsson, who makes the squad despite recently dealing with an injury. However, he will not be available for the first qualifying match due to a suspension.
