VfL Gummersbach Bring In Orri Thorkelsson, Vujovic Departs

VfL Gummersbach have announced a change on the left wing position ahead of next season. Montenegrin international Milos Vujovic is set to leave the German club, making way for Iceland's Orri Thorkelsson.

The 27-year-old arrives from Portuguese side Sporting CP and has put pen to paper on a contract running until 2029. Thorkelsson brings Champions League experience to Gummersbach, with the club highlighting his relative youth as an asset for the squad's future plans.
